Hans L. Schwendimann is the graduate research assistant for the Center for Real Estate Research within the Sparks Bureau of Busisness and Economic Research. Mr. Schwendimann received his B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Memphis in 2006, and began coursework for his Master of Science in Real Estate Development in January of 2007. He is currently working on his Juris Doctor at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Schwendimann is the current President of the Lambda Alpha International Student Association at the University of Memphis.
