Dr. Thomas Rucker is an Assistant Research Professor of Applied Rehabilitation Research and Evaluation with the Bureau, coordinating activities and preparing reports related to the Vocational Rehabilitation project on behalf of the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services, including the Vocational Rehabilitation Satisfaction Survey, Blind and Visually Impaired Rehabilitation Satisfaction Survey, Active Client Satisfaction Surveys, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Needs Assessment Surveys. He received his Ed.D. in Counseling and Personnel Services from The University of Memphis . He has been published in both the Rehabilitation Counseling Bulletin and the Journal of Applied Rehabilitation Counseling, receiving the 2002 ARCA Research Award, second place.
