Mrs. Pierce earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in the Experimental Psychology program at the University of Memphis with an emphasis in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Her current thesis research for involves the design of a frequency measure of counterproductive work behavior. She has been with the SBBER since 2006.
