Terry Abplanalp is an Information Technology Consultant who has worked for the Bureau since November 2006. Mr. Abplanalp earned his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Allegheny College. He specializes in Information Technology Program/Project Management. He was previously a Project Systems Manager on the SAP Project for International Paper for 8 of his 26 years with the company. Mr. Abplanalp started his career in Financial and Human Resource Information Systems for the Transportation Division of General Electric.
