The Center for Real Estate Research (CRER) was established in 2005 from a grant given by the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation. The purpose of the CRER is to:

• Perform research and studies in the field of real estate

• improve communication and the exchange of information regarding the real estate industry.

• encourage and promote adavnced study in the field of real estate.
